The RC3:
- Provides expertise on issues and priorities that can contribute to the evolution of public policy, cross-sector collaboration and actions to advance infrastructure security and resilience at the local and regional levels
- Facilitates dialogue and sharing of information among practitioners and experts on lessons learned from all-hazard events, needs, best practices and solutions that can be used for assessing and reducing all-hazards risks to regional interdependent infrastructures and the communities they serve
- Promotes exercises, workshops, and other educational activities on all-hazards risks and associated infrastructure interdependencies to improve regional security and resilience
